This colourful green merino wool scarf was. made using extra fine wool yarn and is inspired by the beauty and lavish illuminations of one of Ireland’s greatest cultural treasures – The Book of Kells.
Adorned with a bespoke embroidered animal motif, this beautifully soft scarf with carefully chosen yarns and bespoke lozenge weave pays homage to the lavish imagery and animal ornament of The Book of Kells, in particular folio 19v.
